4. آلية الطلب والتعاقد 4. Ordering & Contracting Process
- يتم تحديد نطاق العمل، الأسعار، والجداول الزمنية لكل مشروع أو خدمة بناءً على اتفاق مسبق بين الطرفين (عبر الموقع، أو قنوات التواصل الرسمية المعتمدة). The scope of work, pricing, and timelines for each project or service are determined based on a prior agreement between both parties (via the website or official approved communication channels).
- يبدأ العمل الفعلي على أي مشروع أو خدمة برمجية مخصصة فور تأكيد الدفع واستلام كافة المتطلبات الأساسية من العميل. Actual work on any custom project or software service begins immediately upon payment confirmation and receipt of all essential requirements from the client.
- يحق لنا الاعتذار عن تنفيذ أي طلب أو إلغاؤه في حال تعذر تنفيذه تقنياً، مع إشعار العميل وإعادة المبالغ المدفوعة لنفس الخدمة فوراً. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request that proves technically unfeasible, in which case the client will be notified and any amounts paid for that service will be refunded immediately.
5. حقوق الملكية الفكرية 5. Intellectual Property Rights
- كافة الأكواد المصدرية، التصاميم، النصوص، والعناصر البصرية المطورة تظل خاضعة لحقوق الملكية الفكرية الخاصة بنا، ما لم يتم النص صراحةً في اتفاقية مكتوبة وموقعة على نقل ملكية المنتج النهائي للعميل. All source code, designs, text, and visual elements developed remain subject to our intellectual property rights, unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement transferring ownership of the final product to the client.
- لا يحق للعميل إعادة بيع، توزيع، أو ترخيص أي منتج برمجي تم تطويره خصيصاً له أو تم شراؤه كترخيص استخدام، إلا وفقاً للشروط المحددة مسبقاً. The client may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any software product developed specifically for them or purchased as a usage license, except in accordance with terms agreed upon in advance.
6. حدود المسؤولية والضمانات 6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
نلتزم بتقديم أعلى معايير الجودة والاحترافية البرمجية. ومع ذلك، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة، أو توقف في الأنظمة ناتج عن سوء استخدام العميل للمنتج الرقمي بعد تسليمه وإغلاق المشروع. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and software professionalism. However, we are not liable for any indirect damages or system downtime resulting from the client's misuse of the digital product after delivery and project closure.
